The Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) as provided herein, as amended from time to time without any prior notification, govern the access and usage of the Website for any registered user or guest. By accessing or using the Website, you automatically acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the T&C. If you do not agree with the T&C, you should avoid using the Website.

  1. Campaign Mechanics:

Individuals will be required to purchase any pack of Oreo Cookies and scan it using the designated platform to be eligible for participation in the Campaign. Participants may either complete a quiz or upload image(s) or photograph(s) via their device camera as instructed. Upon successful completion of these steps, participants will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win prizes.

  1. Lucky Draw, Winners and Disqualification:
    • Lucky Draw: Participants may win an exclusive prize from Oreo.
    • Winners: Qualified winners must ensure the submission of accurate and complete personal data and information at the time of sign-up as it is essential for the successful processing and delivery of prizes.
    • Disqualification: Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
  1. Intellectual Property:

All content and material(s) on the Website or transferred thereby, including text(s), audio(s), image(s), photograph(s), video(s), logo(s), trademark(s), patent(s), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of CBL as explicitly provided herein and is protected by intellectual property laws, rules, or regulations as applicable in Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

  1. Disclaimers:
    • No Warranties: The Website is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.
    • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, rules, and regulations, in no event shall CBL be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damage(s), including without limitation, damage(s) for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use the Website.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with the T&C.

  1. Severance:

If any of the T&C is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of T&C shall remain in force.

  1. Waiver:

Our failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under the T&C or applicable laws, rules, regulations, shall not be considered a waiver of that right or remedy. Further, it also does not prevent us from exercising that right or any other rights or remedies in the future.

  1. Applicability:

This Oreo campaign is only for users residing in Pakistan.

  1. Amendments:

The amended T&C will be available on the Website. Upon using the Website, you will be automatically bound by the revised T&C.
